Deputy Manager Service Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage Day to Day Trouble Shooting& Commissioning of VRV Sites of Channel Partners.
• Resolve site-related issues in coordination with dealers, customers, and engineers.
• Maintain commissioning records and documentation.
• Follow up with dealers for C4C system punching, warranty registration, and call closure.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Service and Project teams for successful execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Sound technical knowledge of VRF systems& its commissioning;
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple sites.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, dealers, and customers.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in VRF/VRV commissioning.
• Preferably below 38 years of age and based in Mumbai.
