Designation: Deputy Manager- Sap MM

Education: SAP MM Certification/ IT Graduate

Role & responsibilities:

• SAP MM configuration, processes design & user manual creation for business requirement.
• Provide day-to-day support to all business users for daily issue related SAP MM transactions.
• Analyse business requirements and implement SAP MM configuration changes as needed.
• Maintain material master data, Vendor master and other master data.
• Support procurement & inventory processes PR/PO cycles, goods receipt, inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Work closely with the procurement, stores, finance, and production teams to align business processes with SAP.
• Handle SAP MM integration with other modules like SD, PP, and FI.
• Third party application integration.
• Coordinate with external SAP support teams or vendors, auditors as needed.
• Working on SAP upgrades, testing (unit, integration, UAT), rollouts & training to user on change management or onboarding.

Requirement:

1. Working in SAP MM (Material Management) & experience of SAP S/4HANA.
2. Preferred candidate should be from mfg. Industries/ consumer durable
3. Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM module configuration (Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Data).
4. Good understanding of P2P cycle, subcontracting, consignment process, release strategies, Pricing Procedure configuration, Master Data, Automatic Account determination, BP and vendor account group
5. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle pressure and prompt solutions.
6. Excellent communication, documentation, and user training skills.
