Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Bidding Engineer to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for customers in the Oil & Gas and process industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for customers in the Oil & Gas and process industries.
• Review RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Develop cost estimates.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate, customer-focused proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in proposal engineering, bidding, or estimation.
• Strong understanding of PIDs, BOM preparation, and ASME codes and standards.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas process packages and customer RFQ requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
