Deputy Manager- Sales ( Building & Construction Segment)

Role & responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial buildings, residential high-rises, hotels, hospitals, and infrastructure projects in the Delhi NCR region.
• Presales & Specification: Actively meet with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, architects, and structural engineers to ensure KBL products are specified in the early planning stages of upcoming projects.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and build long-term strategic relationships with key real estate builders, promoters, EPC contractors, and government authorities.
• Dealer & Channel Management: Strengthen the dealer network in Delhi to optimize primary and secondary sales, ensuring product availability and strong market penetration.
• Tendering & Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including technical and commercial offer preparation, participating in high-value negotiation rounds, and successfully closing deals.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, evaluate market trends, and implement countermeasures to maintain KBL's market leadership.
• Collection Management: Ensure timely collections and manage credit control according to institutional sales guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years experience in pump/ valve/ electrical infrastructure/ Fire fighting & safety/ HVAC & chiller systems.
