Deputy Manager - Quality

Responsibilities

• In-process inspection of panel fabrication, wiring, assembly of partial finished panels.
• Inspection document readiness of PLC, LV drives, MV drives performed at Factory.
• Coordinate with TPI inspection agency for carry out inspection for Electrical instrumentation equipment.
• If required attend critical inspection in-person.
• Lead quality initiative like Six Sigma, 5S, offer safety, ISO certification.
• Conduct field feedback review provide feedback to engineering, Manufacturing.
• Participate in root cause analysis, vendor evaluation etc.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing of panel industries.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong debugging capability.
• Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Customer-focused approach with strong teamwork skills.
