Deputy Manager- Quality (FNA Domain)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality management systems (QMS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using tools like Pareto analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, or other relevant techniques.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor QMS performance against established targets.

Job Requirements :

• 7-16 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of GL (General Ledger) principles and RTR (Record to Report) processes.
• Proficiency in QC tools such as 7QC, R2R process control charts, Ishikawa diagrams etc. .
• Experience with process excellence initiatives like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
