Job Summary

Tata AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Private Limited (THSL) represents a 50:50 joint venture between Tata AutoComp Systems and Hendrickson International. This collaboration combines global expertise with local market insights to deliver innovative heavy duty suspension solutions for medium and heavy commercial vehicles in India, addressing the unique demands of the Indian automotive sector. THSL specializes in engineering and manufacturing suspension systems tailored to diverse commercial vehicle applications, including trucks, tippers, tractor-trailers, and buses. Utilizing Hendrickson International's globally validated designs, THSL integrates these technologies with localized adaptations to meet the distinct operational requirements of Indian road and off-road conditions. Each solution is meticulously engineered to align with customer-specific duty cycles, ensuring optimal durability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining and implementing the program strategy and best practice policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Responsibility for Program budget, Cost and managing projects within approved budgets
• Monitor the progress of the programs to achieve the goals and objectives of the project in alignment with the organization's overall business strategy.
• Identify the gaps in the existing work processes and propose refinements to enhance effectiveness.
• Plan and Execute delivery tracking system for the success of project.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the program planning strategy.
• Monitor project timelines and share timely reports with the stakeholders.

Qualification

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical

Experience

5 years to 10 years.
