Job Title: Deputy Manager Production

Experience: 3-6 years

Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Finalisation of Monthly FG Schedule. ( M1, M2, M3 )
• Raw Material and Components schedule / requirement finalisation for the month. ( M1, M2, M3 )
• Follow up with all concern and ensure Adherence and compliance for Finalised Breaker and Accessories Schedule.
• Regular interaction with shop, SMD, DSSG and concerned depts
• Ensure Raw Material Component availability for assembly line as per Plan , Ensure Stock Norms of RM Components.
• Control on Inventory and WIP as per Target / Budget, reduction in non Moving / Slow Moving Inventory
• Tracking and ensure completion on time of Urgent, White Label and Specific order.
• Communicate to Customer about commitment and related activities.
• Prepare Weekly plan for FG SKUs, Inhouse components and co-ordinate to ensure material availability accordingly.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 -6 years
• Good Understanding of Production planning process, SAP knowledge on MM, PP module
