About the role:

The Deputy Manager - Production will be responsible for developing and implementing effective production plans while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in a dynamic environment.

Job description: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer delivery schedules., Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production targets., and Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production capacity.

Required Candidate profile: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering or related field. MBA (Operations) preferred. Must-have: Production Planning & Control (PPC), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct audits.

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM initiatives.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity and quality.
