Deputy Manager Product Training Content Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Training Content Developer to create engaging, high-quality training materials for our product and skill-based learning initiatives. This role focuses on developing content for offline training, social media, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring it is easy to understand and effective in educating our target audience—promoters and sales staff.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, multimedia design, smartphone industry knowledge, and project management, with a passion for continuous improvement through quality assurance and feedback analysis. The candidate will also conduct competition analysis and market visits to ensure our training content remains current and impactful. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver content that meets the highest standards and aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality product and skill-based training content for offline and digital platforms (e.g., social media and LMS platforms)
• Conduct in-depth competition analysis and market visits to gather relevant insights and enhance training material
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business and product goals
• Ensure continuous improvement of training content through feedback collection, analysis, and quality assurance
• Develop learning content focused on soft skills, customer service, and sales techniques to complement product knowledge
• Adapt content for various channels, including physical training, online learning, and social media campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Retail Management and/or Marketing & Sales from a reputed institution
• 4+ years of experience in content development or product training in the smartphone industry (or related technology field)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience managing/preparing content for LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of smartphone technology and market trends
• Ability to conduct market research and competition analysis
• A creative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to communicate complex product features and selling points in a simple, engaging, and audience-friendly manner
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to present naturally and confidently for learning videos, KOL-style product videos, social media content, and other digital learning formats
• Excellent speaking, presentation, and training delivery skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence sales and field audiences
