Deputy Manager - Pre Sales

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Presales Team Lead to lead and manage the presales team for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong telecalling, customer engagement, team handling, and conversion skills, with a proven track record of achieving site visit and booking targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Presales Executives.
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls related to ongoing real estate projects.
• Ensure accurate and detailed project information is provided to prospective customers.
• Drive site visit generation through effective customer engagement and objection handling.
• Guide the team on sales rebuttals and customer conversion strategies.
• Monitor daily calling activities, lead management, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed walk-in, site visit, and booking targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversions.
• Visit project sites whenever required to support sales initiatives and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Presales/Telesales.
• Minimum 2-4 years of team handling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in CRM management and lead tracking.
• Target-driven mindset with excellent customer handling abilities.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
