Deputy Manager - PMO

The Deputy Manager - PMO supports the PMO Manager in ensuring consistent deployment and execution of Program Management Office processes across Business Group programs. The role focuses on governance, tool deployment, user support, capability building, KPI tracking, dashboard development and reporting automation.

PMO Process Deployment and Governance

• Ensure proper deployment and consistent application of PMO processes across Business Group programs.
• Support program teams in applying required governance and program management standards.
• Monitor and consolidate key program management topics, with particular focus on Risk Management, schedule execution, cyber security and CO2 consolidation.
• Identify deployment gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant program stakeholders.

PMS Tools Deployment and User Support

• Support deployment of new PMS tools, including New PULSE and the transition from legacy PROMISE.
• Provide helpdesk support to users for process- and tool-related queries.
• Prepare and deliver user trainings to enable effective adoption of PMO processes and tools.
• Collect user feedback and support resolution or escalation of tool deployment issues.

KPI, Dashboard and Reporting

• Track program and PMO deployment progress through dedicated KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards using Power BI.
• Automate monthly dashboard updates using Python scripts.
• Ensure timely, accurate and consistent consolidation of PMO reporting inputs.
• Provide clear visibility of progress, risks and gaps to the PMO Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Required Competencies

• Good knowledge of program management processes, governance, risk management and schedule tracking.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Python for report and dashboard automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analytics
• Ability to support digital tool deployment, user helpdesk activities and training delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-consolidation skills.
• Very Good Leadership, communication, and English skills to efficiently coordinate stakeholders in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience:

• Proven experience in PMO, program management within the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with KPI tracking, dashboard development, reporting consolidation and process deployment.
