Deputy Manager (PMO) O&M- Off roll

Resonia Limited (erstwhile Sterlite Power and Transmission) is hiring for Deputy Manager O&M (off role).

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 4-8 years

Employment Type: On Payroll of TeamLease/ Off-role

Role Summary: Support the O&M team in planning- & co-ordination, performance monitoring, reporting, cost tracking, and cross-functional support to ensure effective governance and timely closure of operational deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive & govern O&M cadence meeting, prepare MOMs, review notes, progress reports, and follow up.
• Responsible for timely closure of pending actions, Key Risk of O&M function.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly O&M MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Track asset availability, outages, maintenance activities, KPIs, and action-item closure.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers, Asset Managers, Substation, Transmission Line, SCM, D&E, Bid , Regulatory, and other support teams for timely closure of O&M pendencies.
• Assist in process improvement, digitization, and other O&M initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management, in a related discipline preferably Electrical & Mechanical
• 5 years of experience in Planning & Coordination, MIS, or project reporting in Transmission industry and min 2 years in O&M.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI is preferred.
