Deputy Manager Planning/Planning Engineer

• Create, update, and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Understand and comply with highway standards (MoRTH, NHAI, state PWD)
• Monitor actual vs plan progress; detect delays risks early; produce dashboards, KPIs, and status reports
• Apply EVM concepts to track performance relative to baseline
• Maintain risk registers and lead mitigation / recovery planning
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams for schedule alignment
• Present look-ahead plans, critical path reviews, status updates to clients / management
• Mentor junior planners; promote planning discipline and best practices
• Use MS Excel (charts, pivots) and Power BI for reporting

• Exposure / experience in highway / road infrastructure project controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Knowledge of Indian road / infrastructure standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus
