Deputy Manager - Partner Management

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver measurable rental savings through rent renegotiations, concessions, waivers, and optimization of rentals at underperforming stores.
• Maintain effective landlord relationships and resolve disputes while protecting business interests.
• Achieve commercially viable waivers or reductions against eligible rental escalations through proactive negotiations.
• Resolve property-related store issues within agreed timelines and minimize operational disruption.
• Identify contractual risks and coordinate with Legal to resolve complex landlord and lease-related matters.
• Effectively manage landlord accounts with strong prioritization, follow-up, and execution discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in Retail / Property Acquisition / Relationship Management/ Real Estate
• Strong local corporate network and relationship-building ability
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for building partnerships and driving results
