Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Deliverables

• Annual hospital budget and financial plan
• Monthly MIS and management dashboards
• Rolling financial forecasts
• Department-wise budget versus actual analysis
• Revenue and profitability analysis
• Hospital KPI dashboards
• Cost optimization reports
• CAPEX/business-case analysis
• Monthly management performance presentations

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Healthcare/hospital finance experience will be strongly preferred.

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably including 2–3 years in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare organizations, diagnostics, or other service-sector organizations is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in multi-specialty hospitals will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling
• Advanced MS Excel & MIS
• Dashboard & Power BI skills
• ERP/accounting systems knowledge
• Strong P&L, cash flow & working capital knowledge
• Understanding of hospital revenue & operational metrics
