• Hire, train, coach, and mentor a team of Supervisors.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Track key operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across operations.
