Responsibilities - An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
- A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
- Manage multiple locations and ensure they deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business.
- Manage channel relationships
- Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
- Manage the sales process
- Ensure process rigor and controllership
- Ensure smooth service delivery to channels.
- Manage the FOS productivity
- Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA - Finance/ Mktg
- With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
