Position: Deputy Manager - New Product Industrialization

Qualifications

• B. E/ B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience

• 3 - 6 yrs

• Ahmednagar

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Engineering in New Product Development.
• End to end experience of Product development cycle preferably in Switchgear industry.
• Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution online, Cost analysis and cost control of products.
• Support to Production lines for smooth production completion
• System compliance documentation like SOP, SAP Activities, PL (Process Layout) , BOM (Bill of Material) etc
• Process and product analysis.
• DFA/PFMEA knowledge, MOST analysis
• Fixture Development
• Functional Competencies Technical competency in Industrialization of New Products.
• Good Process knowledge in Assembly area like joining processes, Pokayoke, Testing of Products, SPC, Problem Solving etc.
• Through knowledge of PFC, PFMEA, DFA, DFM
• Experience in use of Pro E Software will be added advantage
