About this role
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with Police, RTO, and regulatory authorities.
Act as liaison for inspections, audits, and compliance issues.
Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and statutory regulations.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and conduct compliance audits.
Support implementation of security procedures and controls.
Identify risks, compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Assess integrity of employees, contractors, and drivers.
Investigate misconduct, fraud, and policy violations.
Conduct enquiries and submit reports with recommendations.
Organize compliance and regulatory training programs.
Coordinate with external agencies for awareness sessions.
Maintain compliance documentation and reports.
Track and report compliance status and risks to management.
Requirement:
