Deputy Manager (MG3) - Strategic Projects & TPL Department- Research

Responsibilities

CAD Modeling

• Create and modify 3D models of engine components and assemblies.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications and design requirements.
• Generate2D drawings and technical documentation from 3D models.

Data Management

• Maintain and organize CAD data and files.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Design Support

• Provide technical support to CAD engineers throughout the design process.
• Assist in design reviews and analysis.
• Identify potential design issues and propose solutions.

Manufacturing Support

• Create and release manufacturing drawings.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure design manufacturability.
• Interact with suppliers and vendors.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Creo-8 CAD software
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Knowledge of engine components and assemblies, basic engine design calculations
• Familiarity with engineering drawing standards
• Proficiency in Design Tools like DFMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.

Soft Skills

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
