Deputy Manager - Marketing Technology Management Specialist - MarTech

Role Summary:

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's MarTech ecosystem by managing digital tracking, campaign execution, marketing automation platforms, vendor relationships, data governance, reporting, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.

The objective is to maintain accurate marketing data, enable effective campaign execution, optimize processes, and support business growth through technology-driven marketing operations.

Candidate Required :

• 3-4 years of experience BFSI, marketing tool ,Campaign management, MarTech management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with key marketing technologies such as:
• Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Netcore, CleverTap, Sinch, WhatsApp)Campaign management platforms
• Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio dashboard, Tableau)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies, campaign execution, and marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with cross-system integrations and data flows between marketing, sales, and customer data systems.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with budgeting, billing, and financial oversight in a MarTech context.
• Understanding of MarTech tools and their impact on business growth and efficiency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) and coordinating project requirements
