Deputy Manager/Manager - Sourcing Fabric (Wovens)

• Manage end-to-end fabric sourcing, development, approvals, and bulk execution, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate closely with fabric mills across Quality Assurance, Inspection, Product Development, and Fabric Production functions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric mills and suppliers while identifying new and competitive sourcing opportunities.
• Drive fabric costing, price negotiations, MOQ, lead time, and commercial closures with suppliers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and supplier mills to ensure timely execution and adherence to TNA.
• Evaluate fabric quality, testing standards, and supplier capabilities, and resolve technical and quality-related issues with mills.
• Drive cost optimization, alternate sourcing, fabric innovation, and sustainable sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of fabrics as per approved quality standards and production requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and exposure in Mill fabric Production & QA
• Experience in handling woven fabrics
