Deputy Manager / Manager - Investor Relations & Treasury (CA or MBA)

Role & responsibilities

Investor Relations

• Track and prepare quarterly results, board meeting intimations, and earnings call schedules for the company and peer group.
• Support preparation of investor presentations, earnings call materials, and peer benchmarking reports.
• Monitor sector news, competitor announcements, and capital markets developments relevant to the business.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for investor communication and disclosures.

Treasury

• Support day-to-day treasury operations including loan tracking, interest computation, and repayment schedules.
• Coordinate with bank for day-to-day requirements including funding needs, drawdowns, rollovers etc.
• Support international treasury requirements for the group's Cayman and UK entities, including coordination, funding structures, and reporting.
• Assist in monitoring covenants, cash flow calendars, and debt maturity profiles across group entities.
• Support hedge accounting and interest rate risk management processes.
• Help maintain treasury policies and ensure compliance with internal controls. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior management and the board.
• Build and maintain trackers and models to support treasury and IR reporting.Work with Excel/data tools to automate recurring reports where possible

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 35 years of relevant work experience in Investor Relations, Treasury, or Corporate Finance
• Strong Excel skills; comfort with financial modelling and data analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS, and basic understanding of RBI/FEMA regulations is an advantage
