Deputy Manager / Manager - Admissions Outreach (Bangalore)

POSITION: Associate / Deputy Manager / Manager - Admissions Outreach (Bengaluru Location)

Note: The Position title is indicative. Final position will be offered based on interview evaluation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to address a large audience and educate them about the University and its offerings

Ability to interact with senior leaders like principals, directors, CEOs, and founders of the schools in India and Abroad

Ability to build connections and nurturing the relationship with counselors and principals with schools in India and abroad

Organize open days, webinars, education fairs, workshops, school seminars, and other outreach events for prospective students, teachers, counselors, and principals.

Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders such as faculty, academic leadership, and non-teaching staff at the University for smooth functioning.

Create and execute end-to-end outreach activities

Ability to manage phone and email communication with prospective students and parents and counsel them on their careers.

Coordinate content for outreach channels such as presentations, brochures, emails, and WhatsApp/social broadcasts

Track leads through the funnel using the CRM and ensure timely follow-up

Work with the admissions counseling team to guide prospects from inquiry to enrollment.

Analyze outreach performance and recommend improvements in channels, regions, and messaging.

Manage budgets, travel plans, and external partners for events.

1. Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills (verbal & written)
2. High proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
3. Strong English communication and writing skills.
4. Extensive travel across South India and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
5. Handling students and parents.
6. Professional presence and a high degree of integrity when representing the institution.
7. Strong planning and cross-team coordination skills.
8. Strong ability to work with CRM tools, on reporting, and basic data analysis.
