Deputy Manager - Maintenance - Die Casting

Role & responsibilities

• Should have knowledge of working & maintenance of HPDC machines of larger capacity above 1000T
• Manage maintenance of PDC & Machining plant through next level team.
• Guide and improve performance of operating team
• Manage and achieve - Zero Breakdown through management guideline
• Cost reductions by implementing KAIZEN in the activities.
• Create develop and control monthly / quarterly and yearly budgets.
• Continuous improvement of process through new techniques
• Training to subordinates for future growth
• Follow EHS Norms as decided by management
• Achieve Zero accident.
• Achieve Zero breakdown / 100% utilization of facility.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE Electrical
• Knowledge of software Microsoft office.
• Having Knowledge of TPM & Lean Manufacturing.
• Good Team Player and able to manage young team of engineers.
• Willing to delegate knowledge to second line
• Willing to take decisions independently taking team in confidence.
• Good Communication
