Role Summary:
Responsible for managing all legal documentation, permits, and compliance related to land acquisition and project approvals for renewable projects. Ensures due diligence, title verification, rights acquisition, dispute resolution, and timely approvals to support smooth project execution.
What Youll Do:
- Procure and review land documents from aggregators and government officers
- Conduct due diligence, title verification, and manage TSR documentation
- Execute sale deeds, lease agreements, and other legal documents
- Obtain and track permits, NOCs, and statutory approvals from relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable land, revenue, and renewable energy regulations
- Support legal proceedings, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation
- Liaise with internal teams for timely land and permit availability
- Maintain documentation repository and prepare regular progress reports
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in land acquisition, permits, and legal documentation for renewable projects
- Knowledge of local laws related to land acquisition, permits, and renewable energy regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and proactive approach
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- LLB qualification
Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream LLB preferred
