Deputy Manager - IT

Role & responsibilities

• Sound knowledge of IT Systems/Applications, Networking, IT security, CCTV, Access Control, Cloud platform, O365, etc.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Integrations will be an added advantage
• Knowledge about SDLC, ITIL and related processes for Incident Mgmt., SRs, CRs etc.
• ITIL certification will be an added advantage
• Hands on knowledge in SQL, Oracle Database etc.
• Basic knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT etc.
• Knowledge of latest IT technology and implementation
• Implementing IT policies and best practices for the organization
• Managing AMC renewals, IT Vendors and IT budgets
• Coordinate with Central IT functions to be aligned with corporate standards / policies
• Good knowledge about business process management and its impact on IT Solutions
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Good Communication and Stakeholders management skills
• Good verbal / written English skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Documentation Skills

Preferred candidate profile

7~8 years (Minimum 2 yrs. experience in working in Plant / Factory)
