Deputy Manager - IT Infrastructure

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure and End User Support (EUS) operations.
• Manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure services to ensure business continuity.
• Lead and mentor the IT support/infrastructure team and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Manage and support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) infrastructure and related IT operations.
• Coordinate with business, plant operations, vendors, and other IT teams to resolve critical issues.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and end-user services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Services (EUS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, should be in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience in managing IT operations within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
