Job Summary
The Strategy Lead will drive strategic alignment, operational execution, and continuous improvement across the product; DevOps such as Ansible, GitLab, CI/CD; Middleware such as WebLogic; Linux administration; Infrastructure and Networking such as SDWAN, VDI; SCOM monitoring. This role is responsible for leading strategic and technology initiatives, guiding teams during escalations, working closely with technical members on high-priority issues, advocating AI adoption in day-to-day operations, producing management-level reports, and enabling technology-driven improvements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, capable of influencing teams, partnering with technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring clarity and momentum across product-level objectives.
Responsibilities - Lead the definition, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives across the product.
- Facilitate planning sessions, strategy reviews, and prioritization cycles.
- Ensure alignment between product direction, technology initiatives, and long-term goals.
- Track progress, identify gaps, and drive accountability to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Act as the key point of contact for escalations within the product.
- Provide guidance and decision support during critical or ambiguous situations.
- Partner with technical teams to deep-dive into high priority issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Remove blockers and restore execution flow across teams.
- Promote and enable the adoption of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows throughout the product.

- 7+ years of experience in strategy, technology leadership, program management, or related roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong exposure to engineering or technology-driven environments.
- Experience using or promoting AI/automation.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, technology roadmapping, and execution frameworks.
- Experience driving product-level strategy in tech environments.
