Deputy Manager Human Resources

Role purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate-office departments and ensure the timely hiring of competent, trustworthy and culturally suitable employees within the approved manpower

plan, grade, salary structure and recruitment budget.

Key Responsibillities:

End to End recruitment

Reference and Background verification

Joining and Onboarding coordination

Internal hiring and Employee referrals

Candidate experience and Employer branding

Recruitment compliance and Documentation

Recruitment MIS and Analytics

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: MBA- HR/MSW

Candidate with at least 6 - 8 years of End to end recruitment experience in Talent acquisition ( Non- IT)
