Job Summary
Support and manage HRMS-based projects to drive digital transformation, enhance HR processes, and ensure alignment with HR tech initiatives and business objectives.
Responsibilities - Budgeting while ensuring separate bandwidth allocation.
- Requirement Gathering Documentation: Work with business heads to obtain BRD and secure approvals.
- Requirement Gathering Documentation: Conduct High-Level Estimations (HLE) and develop mockups or wireframes.
- Project Execution Governance: Secure sign-offs for BRD, mockups, and user stories.
- Project Execution Governance: Coordinate HLE with IT and oversee solution design (SD) sign-off.
- Development Implementation: Support development teams in execution and ensure milestone tracking.
- Development Implementation: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address business feedback.
- Development Implementation: Ensure seamless transition to production with minimal business disruption.
- Project Prioritization Governance: Determining the feasibility of projects based on business needs and technical constraints.

- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with project execution, system vulnerabilities, and operational disruptions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR technology, HR transformation, or HRMS project management.
- Proven expertise in HRMS implementation, digital transformation, or HR tech governance.
- Proficiency in HRMS data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to UAT and deployment.
- Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
