Deputy Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bulk and volume hiring for frontline roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and meet hiring targets.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.
• Handle employee queries and ensure policy compliance. • Maintain recruitment MIS and HR records.

What we're Looking for:

• 2-4 years in bulk/volume hiring
• Exposure to HRBP or HR operations (preferred)
• Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment
• Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS/ATS tools.
• Candidates having recruitment and HRBP experience in NBFC or Micro Finance will be preferred.
