Deputy Manager - GSS

The main responsibility of this person is to:

1. Manage and process both individual and bulk orders efficiently in MCOE.

1. Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to track and ensure timely delivery of orders.

1. Monitor and follow up on all orders, including those placed by other users on request.

1. Handle order expediting, cancellations, and modifications as required.

1. Provide access and support for NEO and assist with MCOE system access.

1. Support equipment-related queries by providing accurate information.

1. Prepare and maintain reports related to national inventory and back orders.
