Job Description :

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Global HR Operations to manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Global HR Operations across multiple international locations.
• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes and exits.
• Manage global employee data, HR records and documentation.
• Handle HRIS / HR systems, data updates, workflows and reporting.
• Prepare global HR MIS, dashboards and headcount reports.
• Coordinate with overseas HR teams, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support global mobility / international assignments and related HR documentation.
• Ensure adherence to global HR policies, SOPs and processes.
• Drive process standardization, improvement and automation across Global HR Operations.
• Support HR audits and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
