Deputy Manager - General Ledger scrutiny

Role & responsibilities

BFSI or Life insurance experience mended.

• Strong experience in General Ledger (GL) Scrutiny and Reconciliations
• Exposure to month-end and year-end closing processes
• Experience in identifying, investigating, and resolving GL exceptions and accounting discrepancies
• Experience managing incentive/commission payout accounting, accruals, and related reconciliations
• Prior experience in BFSI, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Financial Services organizations preferred
• Experience working in a large-scale organization with complex accounting structures and high transaction volumes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with Finance, Business, Audit, and Operations teams
