Deputy Manager-Front Office Production Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 production support for trading backoffice applications.
• Monitor and resolve production incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Execute application upgrades, patch deployments, and bug fixes.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
• Run Oracle/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and log analysis.
• Support and maintain applications hosted on Linux environments.
• Implement system enhancements driven by regulatory and compliance changes.
• Support technical audits by providing required logs, reports, and documentation.
• Evaluate and deploy business and system change requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve post-trade, clearing, and settlement issues.
• Liaise with external vendors for issue resolution and application support.
• Prepare and distribute daily MIS and operational reports.

Key Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and trading operations.

• Knowledge of exchange processes and market practices.

• Expertise in managing L1/L2 support, incident management, deployments, and system upgrades.

• Ensures high system availability and operational stability.
