Job Title: Sr. Specialist, FP&A

Location: Gurgaon

Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Job Role: This is a corporate role. The role requires expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, accounting fundamentals, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Person will be responsible for managing Financials of Cost centers / Corporate Finance in BPO Must have at least 4 years of FP&A experience in dynamic environment / multiple Billing units (Business based on Volume, Transactions, FTE, Minutes, SLA driven environments)
• Strong analytical skills with capable of holding large client reviews with detailed LOB level P&L's
• Will be responsible for accurate & timely forecasting & budgeting
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial reviews for cost centers and corporate functions
• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance reports.
• Drive accurate and timely forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance reporting
• Should be able to liaise with the Operations and Vertical Finance teams for regular updates
• Adherence to Corporate policies and accounting procedures with respect to all financial matters
• Perform financial consolidation and reconciliation of cost center and business unit financials
• Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable business insights to leadership and operational teams
• Utilize AI-enabled platforms (Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to automate routine analysis, reporting, and financial processes

Desired Skills and expertise:

Strong knowledge on Budgeting/Forecasting/Variance Analysis/ Management Reporting

Good to have Automation knowledge: Knowledge of Co-pilot, ChapGpt or Claude for Management Dashboard/ Automation of Day-to-Day Activities.

Good experience with Advance excel and Macro
