Deputy Manager- Financial Reporting

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts.

- Scenario and sensitivity analysis for various funding and loan portfolio strategies.

- Monthly MIS reporting and variance analysis (AUM, disbursements, yield, cost of funds, etc).

- Analyze key business metrics.

- Assist in preparation of management presentations, investor decks, and business plans.

- Collaborate with business heads to support new product feasibility, pricing, and expansion strategies.

- Develop financial dashboards and KPIs for real-time business tracking.

- Prepare monthly branch profitability.

- Prepare IND AS working and supporting in month-end, year-end closing and reporting.

- Providing support in Internal and Statutory Audits.

- Managing other tasks required by the management from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA qualified.
• 2 5 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in housing finance, NBFC, or BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, NBFC/HFC operations, and funding structures.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
