ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end financial operations and book closure activities.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities and analyse Actual vs. Budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, corporate tax and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal, external and tax audits.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, fund allocation and working capital.
• Prepare MIS dashboards and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and process improvements.
• Lead, supervise and mentor finance team members.
