Deputy Manager - Finance / Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of Domestic financial statements / consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS.

2. Manage group-level financial reporting and consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations, minority calculations, goodwill / capital reserve etc.

3. Coordinate with subsidiaries for timely submission of financial data and reporting packages. Support in preparing financial analysis, variance reports, and notes to accounts.

4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidation adjustments and disclosures.

5. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual group accounts.

6. Maintain the consolidation system (SAP Group Reporting Software).

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong understanding of Ind-AS 110 (Consolidated Financial Statements), Ind-AS 21 (Foreign Exchange), and related standards.

2. In-depth knowledge of group accounting principles, eliminations, and minority interest computations etc.

3. Hands-on experience in Group Reporting or SAP / any ERP-based consolidation tool preferred.

4. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work under strict timelines and multitask effectively.

6. Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
