B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Instrumentation, or related discipline
8-12 years of experience in CI engineering, industrial automation, manufacturing, power, process, or renewable energy industries..
- Lead installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of CI systems across plant operations.
- Manage PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, and industrial automation systems.
- Develop and review control philosophies, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, and instrumentation specifications.
- Ensure calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of field instruments.
- Monitor plant automation performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Utilities, and Production teams during projects and shutdowns.
- Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and performance testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality procedures.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers for automation systems.
- Support digitalization, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and process optimization projects.
- Analyze instrumentation failures and drive RCA and corrective actions.
- Mentor engineers and technicians for capability enhancement.
