Deputy Manager Engineering (Utilities & Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and provide leadership to all technicians.
• Supervise machine breakdowns and ensure timely corrective & preventive actions.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of machines, instruments, and utilities as per schedule.
• Maintain engineering documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
• Ensure all logbooks and engineering documentation activities are maintained online.
• Monitor and supervise all electricity-related activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, ACs, water systems, ETP, chillers, DG sets, and other utilities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Perform any other task assigned by the reporting manager

Preferred candidate profile

• BTech in Mechanical/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Engineering (Regular Education Only must apply. If completed through Correspondence/Distance please DO NOT apply.)
• Experience in IVD Medical Device manufacturing/Pharma / Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Must have knowledge of HVAC systems, ACs, water system, ETP, STP, Chiller, DG & all other utilities.
• Good leadership and team handling skills
• Familiarity with GMP / QMS documentation preferred
