Deputy Manager - Employee Engagement

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive assigned Talent Management initiatives across areas such as talent identification, succession planning, performance management, competency development, career development and capability building.
• Own the annual Employee Engagement calendar from planning and conceptualization through execution, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Design and drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with organisational values, culture and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Drive end-to-end execution of employee listening initiatives including internal employee surveys, pulse surveys and GPTW.
• Develop strategies to drive strong employee participation and translate survey findings into actionable insights for HR and leadership.
• Track key engagement themes and support the design of interventions based on employee feedback.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen a culture of recognition, appreciation and employee wellbeing.
• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations that provide actionable insights on engagement, talent and people initiatives.
• Track programme participation, effectiveness, utilisation and other relevant metrics.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Relevant HR experience, preferably across Talent Management, Employee Experience, HRBP or related HR roles.
• Demonstrated experience in handling both Talent Management and Employee Engagement / Employee Experience initiatives.
• Experience in independently managing HR projects from conceptualization to implementation and measurement.
• Exposure to areas such as competency frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, assessments, capability development, employee surveys, engagement or recognition programmes.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
