Deputy Manager - Electrical Planning (Data Center Projects)

We are Hiring Electrical Planning Lead for a Data Center Project in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of E&M works for Data Center projects using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Develop and track master schedules, look-ahead plans, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, BIM, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, resources, engineering deliverables, and material procurement status.
• Perform schedule variance analysis, risk assessment, and drive recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Facilitate client, consultant, subcontractor, and internal project review meetings.
• Support forecasting, project controls, commissioning schedules, and handover planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in large-scale Data Center, Industrial, or Commercial MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
