Deputy Manager Electrical & Instrumentation

About the Role

Responsible for operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, DG sets, and power distribution networks & Responsible for maintenance and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, field instruments, analyzers, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Manage 33kV/11kV systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead electrical shift teams.
• Ensure electrical safety compliance.
• Monitor energy consumption and optimization programs.
• Coordinate shutdown and commissioning activities.
• Manage calibration and maintenance programs.
• Ensure availability of process control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of instrumentation issues.
• Support automation and process optimization projects.
• Maintain calibration records and compliance documentation.
• Supervise instrumentation technicians.
