• Support field through troubleshooting on system
• Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
• Monthly hold clearance
• Process analysis
• Sharing of best practices with team
• Coordinate with Sales ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
• Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
• Liasoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
