Deputy Manager - Corporate FPNA

Role & responsibilities :

Corporate FPNA experience is Mandatory

Looking for an experienced Business Finance / FP&A professional with strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and P&L management. Candidates with BPO experience and strong business/operations understanding will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities•

• Own FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage P&L analysis, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze business and operational performance and provide actionable financial insights.
• Partner with Operations and business stakeholders to understand key financial drivers.
• Track revenue, cost, productivity, margins, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and PPT presentations.
• Support cost optimization and business decision-making through financial analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• 58+ years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A.
• Strong experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis & P&L.
• BPO understanding with exposure to operational and financial metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in an IC role.
