Deputy Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Role Purpose: The Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing and executing reward strategies aligned with business objectives, talent priorities, and market competitiveness. The role will partner closely with business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams to provide strategic compensation advisory, drive reward programs, and ensure effective governance .Key Responsibilities Design and implement reward strategies, compensation frameworks, and incentive programs aligned with business goals. Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on compensation decisions, workforce planning, promotions, retention, and organizational changes.Develop rewards analytics and insights to support business decisions and cost optimization.
