Deputy Manager Commercial

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive MIS for project procurement.
• Prepare and maintain cost sheets for project procurement activities.
• Manage procurement and finalisation of bought-out items for projects.
• Identify and develop new vendors as per project and business requirements.
• Support cost reduction initiatives across procurement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and project requirements.
• Work effectively on the organization's ERP system and adapt to new systems/processes.
• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of procurement-related activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in preparation and maintenance of MIS.
• Strong experience in project procurement and bought-out item finalisation.
• Good negotiation and commercial skills.
• Ability to understand and work on ERP systems.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and cost-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
